Run Your Own: 130 and 150 Club Many of us, I'm sure, have often wondered what it would feel like to find a perfect stretch of road, with perfect pavement, no traffic, no radar traps etc. Then once on, just open it up, and keep it wide open to truly see and feel how fast your bike will run. Well, at World of Speed USFRA hosts runs for the 130 Club - and 150 Club too. In short they allow you a total of 5 runs to try and make it into the Club. The rules are fairly simple and straight forward. Read them carefully, and pay special attention to tire, helmet, suit, glove requirements. At the Team Elves camp, there will be an area set aside especially for Buell riders, who wish to try their hand at speed racing. We will have a trailer to help bring you to the starting line, and back from the end of the track. There will be people there to give you a hand prepping the bike and yourself before a run etc. If you haven't tried life at WFO, then this might be a good chance to do so. |
