Dear Team Elves,
Since your group will be calling individually to reserve and pay for their rooms, the following is helpful information to assist them in securing their reservations at the State Line Hotel for Sept. 18th-23rd, 2002. This information should be given to each group member.

Have each group member do the following steps to reserve their room in the block we have set aside for the group # 627849.

Please call our main reservations number at (800) 848-7300. Tell the agent you would like to reserve a room in the Team Elves Group (627849) for Sept. 18th-23rd, 2002 at a rate of $34.95 Sun.-Thursday and $89.00, Friday and Saturday.(prices do not include tax)
Please be prepared to give your name, address, telephone number, and credit card information to secure your reservation. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. Personal or Business Checks will not be accepted.
Tell the agent if you prefer a smoking or non-smoking room, and the agent will try to accommodate your preference. If you have any other special interests or requests, give this to the agent at this time.
If you would like to make a room reservation for a date different from the date(s) in the block, you will need to make a separate reservation for that room(s). Extra rooms before or after your group’s block may or may not be available and may be a different rate. The agent will advise you on room availability and room rates. The agent can then join all of your reservations together.
A 72-hour cancellation notice applies to all individual to book and pay group reservations.
When you arrive at the hotel for your group event, please check into your room at the hotel front desk of your group’s event. To help with this process please provide the front desk clerk with the following:
1. 1. Photo Identification
2. 2. A credit card to bill expenses from room incidentals or a $50.00 cash deposit is required. We accept all major credit cards and will not accept a personal or business check.
3. 3. Charges to your room are from using room amenities such as Pay-per-view movies, telephone, video games, etc. If you do not use any of these amenities your room bill will not be charged.
